Proper Dating Etiquette

When we use the copious Free Dating sites that are available to us on the Internet, we can easily meet tons and tons of nice people for friendship, dating, romance or even hot sex, but we still have to remember to pay attention to our manners.

There are just so many people out there on the dating sites on the Internet to choose from. Even so, we certainly do not want to alienate any of them with easily avoidable bad manners. Just because you are talking to a computer screen and not directly to a live person does not mean that you should not keep certain things in mind.

It is not ok to ask people rude questions online. Asking someone to tell you what size their breasts are, what size their penis is, or whether they have pubic hair, is a huge, repeat huge, turnoff and reaches new heights of crude and rude.

It is not ok to insult someone online. Sharing with someone that you think they look much older than they actually are, or asking just exactly how many pounds overweight they happen to be, is not only mean and stupid but it is completely pointless as well. If someone is not your cup of tea, then just keep it to yourself and politely move on to the next contender.

It is not ok to cyber stalk anyone. Just because communication is happening online rather than live and in person, it is no reason to inappropriately contact someone. It is almost a guarantee than anyone who receives several emails or a dozen instant messages in one day, will very quickly turn and run the other way as fast as they possibly can. Keep your contact in generally accepted amounts and time frames. Stalking is never attractive.

Keeping these few and very obvious rules in our minds will enable us to give ourselves the optimal online dating experience.
